What’s Included in our Undercoating Service: 1. Underbody Inspection: We begin with a detailed inspection of your vehicle’s undercarriage to check for any rust, damage, or areas that need extra attention. 2. Undercarriage Wash: A deep clean with Salt Buster effectively breaks down and removes road salt, dirt, and buildup, ensuring the undercarriage is properly prepped for maximum protection. 3. Rinse & Dry: The undercarriage is fully rinsed and dried to prevent moisture from being trapped under the coating, ensuring maximum effectiveness. 4. Surface Preparation: Areas that shouldn’t be coated, such as exhaust tips or brakes, are carefully masked to guarantee precise application. 5. WoolWax® Application: • The thick, solvent-free WoolWax® is applied evenly to the frame, wheel wells, suspension components, and all exposed undercarriage areas. • Its viscous formula flows into hidden nooks, seams, and crevices for complete, long-lasting corrosion protection. 6. Migration & Protection: • WoolWax® remains soft and pliable, allowing it to migrate into hard-to-reach areas. • No drying is required, and it continues to actively protect your vehicle over time. 7. Final Inspection & Handover: • We inspect the undercarriage to ensure full coverage and consistent application. • Typically provides 2 years of protection, with optional touch-ups annually in harsh winter conditions.
